For the Kids, Inc.

for the kids letterheadAnnual charity golf tournament supporting local children.

Helping local children is our top priority.
Every year, our charity golf tournament supports a local child with a serious illness and provides financial support to their families. We have been able to donate almost $500,000 to our beneficiaries over the years, and continue to work together to help children who need it the most.

Why For the Kids, Inc. was started.
Co-founded by Gary Heldt, Jr., owner of Small Business Advisors, and Mike Thomas, agency principal of Lighthouse Insurance Services, For the Kids, Inc. 501(c)(3) is an annual charity golf tournament that supports local children with serious illnesses. What began as a humble goal of giving back to the community has turned into a tradition of helping others to make a positive impact.

How our charitable foundation has helped others.
We continue to shine a light on our charity golf tournament and have raised almost $500,000 to date. With your help and the help of people and businesses in the community, we can work together to help those in need and make a difference to children suffering from serious illnesses.

Support the cause, become a sponsor.
For the Kids, Inc. needs additional support to make our charity tournament a success. We hope that you or your company will consider sponsoring the event so we can help a child in need together. All sponsorship opportunities will feature logo placement on all signage, as well as an acknowledgment from the For the Kids, Inc. co-founders on the day of the tournament. Please call Jessica at 443-540-2525 or Mike at (410) 721-6000 to become a sponsor.
